猛犸洞国家公园（英语：Mammoth Cave National Park，又译马默斯洞穴国家公园），是美国肯塔基州西南部的一个国家公园，1926年批准通过，1941年创建，1981年10月27日被联合国教科文组织认定为世界遗产，1990年9月26日又被列入世界生物圈保护区名单。

该公园占地21,380公顷，其主体部分为猛犸洞的一部分，位于埃德蒙森县境内。猛犸洞的正式名称为猛犸洞-火石岭洞穴系统，是现在世界上已知的溶洞系统中最大的一个，截至2013年2月15日，已探明洞穴总长度达400英里（约640公里），数目每年仍在不断上升。洞里宽的地方像广场，窄的地方像长廊，高的地方有30米高，整个洞平面上迂回曲折，垂向上可分出三层，洞中有七十七座地下大厅，最高的一座称为「酋长殿」，可容纳数千人，另有三条暗河、七道瀑布，还有多处地湖，有著名的柯林斯水晶洞，总延伸长度近250公里。
