近心点角（ω）也做近心点幅角。是描述在轨道上天体在近拱点（最靠近中心的点）时，相对于升交点（由南向北经过参考平面的点）的角度，也是轨道要素之一。这个角度是在轨道平面上量度的，方向则是天体运动的方向（在特定的轨道型式中会换用特定的名词，像日心轨道是"近日点角"，地心轨道是"近地点角"，一般称为"近心点角"或"近拱点角"）。近心点角为0度的意义是当天体最靠近中心点时也同时由南向北的通过参考平面；近心点角为90度的意义则是当天体最靠近中心点时，位于参考平面的最北方。将近心点角加上升交点经度就得到近心点经度。
