精氨基琥珀酸合酶（英语：Argininosuccinate synthase）或称精氨琥珀酸合酶是一种从瓜氨酸及天冬氨酸催化合成精氨基琥珀酸的酶（EC6.3.4.5）。它是负责尿素循环中的第3个步骤，及瓜氨酸与一氧化氮循环其中的一个反应。

Argininosuccinate synthase or synthetase (ASS; EC6.3.4.5) is an enzyme that catalyzes the synthesis of argininosuccinate from citrulline and aspartate.

ASS is responsible for the third step of the urea cycle and one of the reactions of the citrulline-NO cycle.
