苯芴醇（Lumefantrine或benflumetol）是一种抗疟药，只会和蒿甲醚合并使用，称为复方蒿甲醚-苯芴醇，有时也会用英文co-artemether表示。

在1981年的青蒿素及其衍生物的全国指导委员会，授权中**事医学科学院微生物与流行病学研究所教授周义清专攻蒿甲醚，他将蒿甲醚与苯芴醇联合用药，成为抗疟疾药中最有效的产品。。

Lumefantrine (or benflumetol) is an antimalarial drug. It is only used in combination with artemether. The term "co-artemether" is sometimes used to describe this combination. Lumefantrine has a much longer half life compared to artemether and so is therefore thought to clear any residual parasites that remain after combination treatment.
