春药（英语：aphrodisiac），又称媚药，指可以增强性欲的药。在人类历史上，曾经有许多食物、饮料与行为被视为可令性行为更容易实现或更愉悦。然而，从历史和科学的角度来看，有些往往是基于用户本身「相信」其成效而已（安慰剂效应）；而另外有些春药的声誉则来自交感巫术的原理。

以当今科学的角度来看，春药含有一定量的性激素（如丙酸睾酮、绒毛膜促性腺激素、甲基睾丸素、苯丙酸诺龙等），可用于治疗性冷淡，长期服用会对其心血管系统起一定的副作用。

The name comes from the Greek ἀφροδισιακόν, aphrodisiakon, i.e. "sexual, aphrodisiac", from aphrodisios, i.e. "pertaining to Aphrodite", the Greek goddess of love.
