拌面，粤语称作「捞面」（「捞」【粤音：lou1】，有别于粤语中打捞的捞【粤音：laau4】，字面含义也不同），是指把沥干的面条拌以酱料（或其他调味料）一起食用的摵仔面吃法。

拌面在宋朝就有出现，据《东京梦华录》、《梦梁录》、《武林旧事》等书就有混合酱汁、肉的拌肉面。
