弗拉维·阿卡狄奥斯·奥古斯都 (Flavius Arcadius Augustus)（377年或378年－408年5月1日），是东罗马帝国皇帝，统治着半个罗马帝国，他于395年即位，一直到他逝世。

阿卡狄奥斯是狄奥多西一世和Aelia Flaccilla的长子，西罗马皇帝霍诺留斯的兄弟。

在位初期受大臣鲁菲努斯所支配，鲁菲努斯因作恶多端被黜后，阿卡狄奥斯又信任宦官优特罗皮乌斯，两任宠臣的统治使阿卡狄奥斯统治东罗马帝国的十四年间，政治一直处于黑暗状态，其软弱作风也成为了此后大多东罗马皇帝所效仿的对象。

Arcadius (Latin:Flavius Arcadius Augustus; Greek:Ἀρκάδιος; 377/378 – 1 May 408) was Eastern Roman Emperor from 395 to 408. He was the eldest son of Theodosius I and his first wife Aelia Flaccilla, and brother of the Western Emperor Honorius. A weak ruler, his reign was dominated by a series of powerful ministers and by his wife, Aelia Eudoxia.
