润唇膏是一种个人护理用品，一般涂于嘴唇上。润唇膏涂于嘴唇上后，能有效防止嘴唇因天气干燥而出现爆擦及甩皮的情况。润唇膏的主要成分包括蜂蜡、凡士林、薄荷醇及樟脑，另外，现时的润唇膏为了加强滋润功能，更会加入维他命、水杨酸等成分。一般的润唇膏的外表于唇膏无异，皆是支装形状，但近年新款的润唇膏产品推陈出新，有部分采用挤压式设计，有部分更需要用手涂在嘴唇上。从功能上来看，润唇膏的功能越来越多，过去润唇膏只是滋润嘴唇之用，但现时的润唇膏更加入防晒功能，能有效防紫外光，部分润唇膏的色泽更有如唇彩，能使嘴唇变得光泽亮丽，达致化妆功效。现时的润唇膏除一般的薄荷味外，更有水果及花香味等选择。

Lip balm often contains beeswax or carnauba wax, camphor, cetyl alcohol, lanolin, paraffin, and petrolatum, among other ingredients. Some varieties contain dyes, flavor, fragrance, phenol, salicylic acid, and sunscreens.
