杂讯 Noise (electronics)
杂讯(Noise),指当信号在传输过程中,会受到一些外在能量所产生信号(如杂散电磁场)干扰,这些能量即杂讯。杂讯通常会造成信号的失真。其来源除了来自系统外部,亦有可能由接收系统本身产生。杂讯的强度通常都是与信号带宽成正比,所以当信号带宽越宽,杂讯的干扰也会越大。所以在评估杂讯强度或是系统抵抗杂讯能力的数据,是以信号强度对杂讯强度的比例为依据,此即信噪比。

Noise generated by electronic devices varies greatly, as it can be produced by several different effects. Thermal noise is unavoidable at non-zero temperature (see fluctuation-dissipation theorem), while other types depend mostly on device type (such as shot noise, which needs steep potential barrier) or manufacturing quality and semiconductor defects, such as conductance fluctuations, including 1/f noise. |
