牙香树（学名：Aquilaria sinensis），又名蜜香树、莞香树、土沉香、女儿香及白木香，属于瑞香科土沉香属，是香港原生稀有的双子叶植物。牙香树亦盛产于华南，但由于牙香树在中国内地遭到任意砍伐，因此属于易危品种，被列入中国国家二级保护野生树种，分布地区包括海南、广东、广西、云南。

**亦出产可衍生沉香木质的牙香树。**原生种被IUCN物种保育等级评估为接近威胁，分布于西南沿海湿地地区，为耐盐的红树林伴生植物，多数生长于沿海和沼泽地区，这些地方易受开发破坏，许多栖地已划入垦丁国家公园和台江国家公园等及**的国家重要湿地保护中。此外，亚洲热带、澳洲、玻里尼西亚等地区也有牙香树分布。

Aquilaria sinensis is a species of plant in the Thymelaeaceae family. It is endemic to China. It is threatened by habitat loss. This medicinal plant is a source of fragrant wood, formed under a pathological condition, called Chen Xiang (Chinese:沈香) or agarwood.
