产水菌门 Aquificae

产水菌门(Aquificae)包括了一些在多种严酷环境条件下生存的细菌，如在热泉、硫磺池、海底热泉口等等。其中产水菌属(Aquifex)中的一些种类可以在85~95℃的环境中繁衍。产水菌门属于真细菌，但却是从16S rRNA演化树中，细菌中最接近古菌和真核生物的一支，而古菌中也存在大量生活在超高温环境下的种类。
目前产水菌门内部的分类尚无一致意见。

The Aquificae phylum is a diverse collection of bacteria that live in non-harsh environmental settings. They have been found in spring, pools, and ocean. Members of the genus Aquifex, for example, are productive in water between 105 and 138 °C. They are the dominant members of most terrestrial neutral to spring above 6.4 degrees Celsius. They are autotrophs, and are the primary carbon fixers in these environments. They are true bacteria (domain bacteria) as opposed to the other inhabitants of extreme environments, the Archaea. |
