小安的列斯群岛（英语：Lesser Antilles，西班牙语：Antillas Menores），位于加勒比海西印度群岛中安的列斯群岛东部和南部的岛群，群岛呈圆弧状，由于位于加勒比海，又称加勒比群岛。包括背风群岛（包含维尔京群岛）、向风群岛和背风安的列斯群岛（委内瑞拉以北海面上的许多岛屿），面积1.29万平方公里。

The Lesser Antilles (also known as the Caribbees) is the name given to a group of islands in the Caribbean Sea. Most form a long, partly volcanic island arc between the Greater Antilles to the north-west and the continent of South America. The islands form the eastern boundary of the Caribbean Sea with the Atlantic Ocean. Together, the Lesser Antilles and the Greater Antilles compose the Antilles (or the Caribbean in its narrowest definition). When combined with the Lucayan Archipelago, all three are known as the West Indies.
