标准的供给和需求模型：向右上倾斜的是供给曲线，代表生产者愿意在某一价格水平下出售的物品数量；向右下倾斜的是需求曲线，代表消费者愿意在某一价格水平下购买的数量。透过模型的分析，可发现两条曲线交接之处（均衡点）就是均衡价格和均衡产量。

供给是蓝线S，需求是红线D，当供给由S1变动为S2时，成交的价格和数量也随之变动。
