劳伦大陆（Laurentia，又称为北美克拉通，North American craton）是地球历史上太古代时期，约20亿年前由北美洲、格陵兰和西伯利亚东部的克拉通和地体组成。

在劳伦大陆上发现的最老的岩石是在加拿大地盾上发现的40亿年老的片麻岩。约19.1亿年前凯诺兰大陆分裂导致了劳伦大陆的形成。这个过程也造成了今天加拿大西北地区大奴湖的形成。劳伦大陆在此后的11亿年里与南部的冈瓦那大陆和亚洲克拉通一起组成罗迪尼亚大陆。

Laurentia (North American Craton) is a large continental craton that forms the ancient geological core of the North American continent. Many times in its past, Laurentia has been a separate continent as it is now in the form of North America, although originally it also included the cratonic areas of Greenland and also the northwestern part of Scotland, known as the Hebridean Terrane. During other times in its past, Laurentia has been part of larger continents and supercontinents and itself consists of many smaller terranes assembled on a network of Early Proterozoic orogenic belts. Small microcontinents and oceanic islands collided with and sutured onto the ever-growing Laurentia, and together formed the stable Precambrian craton seen today.
