ɑ，称为拉丁alpha或书写体a，是扩展拉丁字母的一种，来自于 a 的小写形式或希腊字母 α 的小写体。虽然此一字母一般允许变体，但要小心不要和 α 搞混。
在国际音标里，/ɑ/表示一开后不圆唇元音，而/a/则表示开前不圆唇元音。
ɑ 也是非洲参考字母之一，用在喀麦隆的 Fe'fe'语（又作fe'efe'fe）。其大写体为其小写体的加大版本。
