    内阿彭策尔州（Appenzell Innerrhoden；德语发音： Appenzell Innerrhoden）是瑞士人口最少的一个州，面积排名倒数第二，只比巴塞尔城市州大。位于瑞士东北方，首府为阿彭策尔，是一个以农牧业，如放牧牛只与乳制品生产为主的地区。 内阿彭策尔是在1597年，前阿彭策尔州由于宗教问题而分裂时所产生的其中一州，另一州为外阿彭策尔州。此州的宪法订定于1872年，每年4月的最后一个星期天，州内公民会至首府参与一场称为「州民大会」（Landsgemeinde）的集会，制定法律定选出政府官员。此外，内阿彭策尔的女性直到1990年才获得州层级的选举权。
