拉合尔（Lahore，لاہور‎）是巴基斯坦的第二大城市（仅次于卡拉奇），旁遮普省的省会，人口约1000万人，位于印度河上游平原。城中保留大量蒙兀儿王朝时代留下来的建筑，包括拉合尔古堡、以及巴基斯坦境内最大清真寺－巴德夏希清真寺－等。此外，拉合尔博物馆及沙利马尔花园亦颇富盛名。

拉合尔约建于1世纪未至2世纪初。7世纪初叶，玄奘法师曾到访该市。拉合尔亦是12世纪伽色尼王朝及16-17世纪莫卧儿帝国的都城。

1965年5月，第二次印巴战争中，发生拉合尔保卫战。

拉合尔的人口在1998年的普查为6,318,745人，2009年中期政府的统计达到1000万人，这使得拉合尔成为南亚第5大和世界第26大的城市，2008年，拉合尔被英国卫报选为第二届巴基斯坦最适合旅行家旅游的城市地点，拉合尔靠近印度非常近，仅32公里就可抵达印度的西部边境城市阿姆利则，这使得拉合尔的战略地位非常的重要。
