拉布拉多（英语：Labrador）是加拿大一个地区，位处大西洋沿岸，与一海之隔的纽芬兰岛组成加拿大的纽芬兰与拉布拉多。拉布拉多是该省的陆地部分，位于拉布拉多半岛的东北部。

根据2006年的人口普查，拉布拉多的人口有26,364人，当中约30%为原住民（包括因纽特人、因奴人和梅蒂人）。拉布拉多的总面积（连邻近岛屿及内陆水平面）有294,330平方公里，陆地面积则有269,073.3平方公里，与新西兰的面积相若。

早在10世纪，古代的斯堪的纳维亚的海员（维京人）就曾到过这里的海岸，而拉布拉多的名字则来自葡萄牙探险家约翰·费南德斯·拉佛拉多（João Fernandes Lavrador）。拉佛拉多连同佩鲁·德·巴塞洛斯（Pêro de Barcelos）在1498年成为继维京人后第二批发现拉布拉多的欧洲人。

Labrador is the distinct northerly region of the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. It comprises the mainland portion of the province, separated from the island of Newfoundland by the Strait of Belle Isle. It is the largest and northernmost geographical region in Atlantic Canada.
