艾米尔·库斯图里察（塞尔维亚语：Емир Кустурица，Emir Kusturica，1954年11月24日－）是一位塞尔维亚电影导演，出生于塞拉耶佛，是一位相当有创造力的导演。他曾经两度夺得坎城影展金棕榈奖，也获得法国艺术及文学勋章。艾米尔·库斯图里察在2007年9月8日与安娜·伊万诺维奇、耶莱娜·扬科维奇与亚历山大·乔尔杰维茨（Aleksandar Djordjevic）一起成为联合国儿童基金会塞尔维亚国家大使。他目前居住在木头村（Drvengrad），这是他为了拍摄电影《生命是个奇迹》（Life Is a Miracle）所创造的村落。

Emir Kusturica (Serbian Cyrillic:Емир Кустурица, born 24 November 1954) is a Serbian filmmaker, actor and musician. He has been recognized for several internationally acclaimed feature films, as well as his projects in town-building. He has twice won the Palme d'Or at Cannes (for When Father Was Away on Business and Underground), as well as being named Commander of the French Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
