韩国门事件 （Koreagate），又称“韩国门丑闻”，是指1976年10月，在华盛顿的韩国商人朴东宣（박동선）和其它代理人向美国国会议员行贿，以期取得美国优先考虑对韩军事和经济支持。韩国中央情报部（即今天的“韩国国家情报院”）也卷入其中。

Koreagate 韩国门事件"Koreagate" was an American political scandal in 1976 involving South Korean political figures seeking influence from 10 Democratic members of Congress. An immediate goal of the scandal seems to have been reversing President Richard Nixon's decision to withdraw troops from South Korea. It involved the Korea Central Intelligence Agency (KCIA) allegedly funneling bribes and favors through Korean businessman Tongsun Park in an attempt to gain favor and influence for South Korean objectives. |
