小松菜（学名：Brassica rapa var. perviridis）是十字花科芸薹属的草本植物，别名冬菜、莺菜、饼菜、日本油菜。

江户时代初期，开始在现在的东京都江户川区小松川附近栽培。将军纲吉鹰狩之际献上时，用地名称作小松菜。

It is stir-fried, pickled, boiled, and added to soups or used fresh in salads. It is an excellent source of calcium.
