知识管理（英语：knowledge management，缩写为KM）包括一系列企业内部定义、创建、传播、采用新的知识和经验的战略和实践。这些知识和经验包括认识，可以是个人知识，以及组织中商业流程或实践。

知识管理是一项在1990年代中期开始在全球崛起的学术与商业应用主题，针对个人及社区所拥有的显性知识和隐性知识的确认、创造、掌握、使用、分享及传播进行积极及有效的管理。其主要涵盖的固有理论及应用层面包括学习型组织、企业文化、信息技术应用，及人事管理等。而由于知识管理的概念通常与企业的各种改善愿景扯上关系，知识管理在现今企业上的实践愈来愈受到重视，亦因此为顾问和科技公司带来了不少商机。知识管理在非商业上的应用亦很广泛，其中维基百科经常被指为互联网上其中一个最成功的知识管理系统。

Knowledge management (KM) is the process of capturing, developing, sharing, and effectively using organizational knowledge. It refers to a multi-disciplinary approach to achieving organizational objectives by making the best use of knowledge.

An established discipline since 1991 (see Nonaka 1991), KM includes courses taught in the fields of business administration, information systems, management, library, and information sciences. Other fields may contribute to KM research, including information and media, computer science, public health, and public policy. Several Universities offer dedicated Master of Science degrees in Knowledge Management.
