国际同济会（Kiwanis International）是一个以「关怀儿童，无远弗届」为任务目标的服务性组织，1915年1月21日创建于美国密西根州的底特律。现在，国际同济会的总部在印第安纳州的印第安纳波利斯。

「Kiwanis」源于底特律地区的一种印地安语中的「Nunc Kee-wanis」，意思是「我们交易」（we trade）或「祝你愉快」（we have a good time）。

该会原本的宗旨在于促进成员间的商业交流和帮助穷困。关于应定位为一个社交性组织还是服务性组织的讨论，在1919年获得解决，国际同济会选择以服务为重心。在1987年以前，这个组织只有男性参加，然而在该年开始加入女性成员后，女性成员的比例日渐提高。

Kiwanis International (/kɪˈwɑːnɪs/ ki-WAH-niss) is an international, coeducational service club founded in 1915 in Detroit, Michigan. It is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States and is found in more than 80 nations and geographic areas. Membership in Kiwanis and its family of clubs is more than 600,000 members strong. Each year, Kiwanis clubs raise more than US$100 million and report more than 18.5 million volunteer hours to strengthen communities and serve children.
