卡兹别克山（格鲁吉亚语：ყაზბეგი 或 მყინვარწვერი)，奥塞梯语：Сæна，俄语：Казбек）是一座处于格鲁吉亚和北奥塞梯边界的睡火山，属于高加索地区的主要高山之一，海拔高度5,033米，是格鲁吉亚的第三大高山和高加索山脉第七大高山，冰川面积135平方公里。1868年首次登顶。

1979年，卡兹别克山及周边区域被苏联政府确立为自然保护区，包括山毛榉林，亚高山针叶林和高山草甸。该地区有很多高加索地区特有的植物和动物。

Mount Kazbek (Georgian:ყაზბეგის მყინვარწვერი (Kazbegis Mkinvartsveri)), is a dormant stratovolcano and one of the major mountains of the Caucasus located in the Kazbegi District of Georgia and North Ossetia (Russia).

It is the third highest mountain in Georgia (after Mount Shkhara and Janga) and the seventh highest peak in the Caucasus Mountains. The summit lies directly to the west of the town of Stepantsminda and is the most prominent geographic feature of the area. Mount Kazbek is the highest peak of Eastern Georgia. The name in Georgian, Mkinvartsveri, translates to "Glacier Peak" or "Freezing Cold Peak". The Vainakh name Bashlam translates as "Molten Mount".
