快利佳（商品名：Kaletra（在高收入国家）、Aluvia（在低收入国家））是常用的抗爱滋病用药，是由两种蛋白酶抑制剂洛匹那韦（lopinavir，没有单独制剂）和诺亿亚（ritonavir）组成。在大部分的案例中，快利佳是鸡尾酒疗法中的一部分，不过在少数案例中做为单一用药。诺亿亚常常以小剂量的方式与蛋白酶抑制剂一同使用，因为属于同类，可以抑制蛋白酶抑制剂被肝脏酵素CYP3A4代谢，如此剂量便可以减低，防止副作用的发生。

Lopinavir/ritonavir is a fixed dose combination drug for the treatment of HIV/AIDS. It combines lopinavir with low doses of ritonavir into a single pill.

As of 2006, lopinavir/ritonavir forms part of the preferred combination for first-line therapy recommended by the US DHHS. It is available as capsules, tablets and oral solution. It has also been used successfully as a monotherapy in some studies.
