When Joseph saw his father placing his right hand on Ephraim's head he was displeased; so he took hold of his father's hand to move it from Ephraim's head to Manasseh's head.

约瑟见他父亲把右手按在以法莲的头上，就不喜悦，便提起他父亲的手，要从以法莲头上挪到玛拿西的头上。

When Joseph saw Benjamin with them, he said to the steward of his house, " Take these men to my house, slaughter an animal and prepare a meal; they are to eat with me at noon" .

约瑟见便雅悯和他们同来，就对家宰说：" 将这些人领到屋里，要宰杀牲畜，预备筵席，因为晌午这些人同我吃饭。"

As soon as Joseph saw his brothers, he recognized them, but he pretended to be a stranger and spoke harshly to them. " Where do you come from" ? he asked. " From the land of Canaan, " they replied, " to buy food" .

约瑟看见他哥哥们，就认得他们，却装作生人，向他们说些严厉话，问他们说：" 你们从哪里来？" 他们说：" 我们从迦南地来籴粮。"
