科林斯地峡（英语：Isthmus of Corinth；希腊语：Isthmos Korinthou），位于希腊南部联系欧洲大陆和伯罗奔尼撒半岛的狭窄地峡，将科林斯湾与萨罗尼加湾隔断，宽约6.5公里，海拔约90公尺（300呎）。含有石灰岩断层，主要产小麦、大麦、葡萄，酿酒业为主要产业。

在古代世界是划分伯罗奔尼撒和希腊主陆的地标，公元前1世纪地理学家斯特拉博 提到科林斯地峡有两个刻着铭文的石柱。其中一个面朝东方的阿提卡的墨伽拉，铭文为“这里不是伯罗奔尼撒，而是爱奥尼亚”（τάδ᾽ οὐχὶ Πελοπόννησος, ἀλλ᾽ Ἰωνία），另一个面朝西方的伯罗奔尼撒，铭文为“这里不是爱奥尼亚，而是伯罗奔尼撒”（τάδ᾽ ἐστὶ Πελοπόννησος, οὐκ Ἰωνία）。普鲁塔克认为这是忒修斯在前往雅典时创建起来的。

The Isthmus of Corinth is the narrow land bridge which connects the Peloponnese peninsula with the rest of the mainland of Greece, near the city of Corinth. The word "isthmus" comes from the Ancient Greek word for "neck" and refers to the narrowness of the land. The Isthmus was known in the ancient world as the landmark separating the Peloponnese from mainland Greece. In the first century CE the geographer Strabo noted a stele on the Isthmus of Corinth, which bore two inscriptions. One towards the East, i.e. towards Megara, reading: "Here is not Peloponnesus, but Ionia" (τάδ᾽ οὐχὶ Πελοπόννησος, ἀλλ᾽ Ἰωνία) and the one towards the West, i.e. towards the Peloponnese: "Here is Peloponnesus, not Ionia" (τάδ᾽ ἐστὶ Πελοπόννησος, οὐκ Ἰωνία); Plutarch ascribed the erection of the stele to the Attic hero Theseus, on his way to Athens.
