本征半导体
本征半导体（英语：Intrinsic semiconductor）亦称作无杂质半导体、本质半导体，是指未掺入杂质的半导体。半导体制作过程中的一个重要步骤就是掺入杂质（doping）。
相对于无杂质半导体，含有杂质的半导体叫做杂质半导体（extrinsic semiconductor）。
