Intel Atom（官方中文译名英特尔凌动处理器，开发代号Silverthorne）是Intel的一个超低电压处理器系列。处理器采用45纳米工艺制造，集成4700万个晶体管。L2缓存为512KB，支持SSE3指令集，和VT虚拟化技术（部份型号）。与一般的桌面处理器不同，Atom处理器采用顺序执行设计，这样做可以减少晶体管的数量。为了弥补性能较差的问题，Atom处理器的起跳频率会较高。 Intel表示，早于1995年，公司已计划开发相关的处理器。当时的目的，是利用P5 Pentium架构开发低功率处理器。最后，由于高层不喜欢此提议，所以计划胎死腹中。直到近年，Intel才利用Intel Bonnell微处理器架构开发Atom。Intel Atom 使用16级指令流水线为了达到最低电力并且延长电池的寿命。

Intel Atom was the brand name for a line of ultra-low-voltage IA-32 and x86-64 CPUs (or microprocessors) from Intel, originally designed in 45 nm complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) with subsequent models, codenamed Cedar, using a 32 nm process. Atom is mainly used in netbooks, nettops, embedded applications ranging from health care to advanced robotics, and mobile Internet devices (MIDs).
