《头文本D》（英语：INITIAL D，假名：イニシャル・ディー ）是一部以山道飙车为题材的日本青年漫画，以及以漫画改编的动画系列（包含电视版、OVA与电影版）。漫画作者为重野秀一（しげの秀一），自1995年起开始在讲谈社的《周刊Young Magazine》上连载，连载至2013年7月结束，单行本全48卷，还有多本探讨汽车驾驶技巧的周边专书。

作者重野秀一已决定结束在《周刊Young Magazine》上的连载，会在2014年5月17日推出最后一话，为这部经典作品划上句号。单行本累积发行近五千万。于2014年8月在日本上映最新电影版三部曲第一集《觉醒》。

Initial D(Japanese:头文本D（イニシャル・ディー）,Hepburn:Inisharu Dī) is a Japanese sports manga series written and illustrated by Shuichi Shigeno. It was serialized in Young Magazine from 1995 to 2013, with the chapters collected into 48 tankōbon volumes by Kodansha. The story focuses on the world of illegal Japanese street racing, where all the action is concentrated in the mountain passes and rarely in cities or urban areas, and with the drift racing style emphasized in particular. Professional race car driver and pioneer of drifting Keiichi Tsuchiya helped with editorial supervision. The story is centered on the prefecture of Gunma, more specifically on several mountains in the Kantō region and in their surrounding cities and towns. Although some of the names of the locations the characters race in have been fictionalized, all of the locations in the series are based on actual locations in Japan.
