火鹤花（学名：Anthurium andraeanum），又名红掌、花烛、安祖花。属天南星科花烛属。有佛焰花序，叶形苞片，常见的苞片颜色有红、粉红、白等，有其花落时也可观叶。可用播种、分株等法繁殖。 粉红色火鹤花亦称为粉掌。粉掌较红掌难以培养。一般要求粉掌生存温度不低于12度，红掌温度不低于10度。每周要求浇两次水，同时避免强烈的阳光直射。
