伊利诺伊中央铁路（Illinois Central Railroad），有时亦被称作“中央美国铁路”（Main Line of Mid-America）是美国中部地区的一个铁路网。其主线联结伊利诺伊州芝加哥和路易斯安那州新奥尔良，以及阿拉巴马州莫比尔。其余线路亦包括从芝加哥通往艾奥瓦州苏城（1870年通车）。该线引出两条主要支线，一条从艾奥瓦州道奇堡至内布拉斯加州奥马哈（1899年通车），另一条从艾奥瓦州的切诺基至南达科他州苏瀑市（1877年通车）。

伊利诺伊中央铁路于1998年被加拿大国家铁路收购。其系统得到保留，并继续运营至今，为现加拿大国家铁路南方分部。

The Illinois Central Railroad (reporting markIC), sometimes called the Main Line of Mid-America, is a railroad in the central United States, with its primary routes connecting Chicago, Illinois, with New Orleans, Louisiana, and Mobile, Alabama. A line also connected Chicago with Sioux City, Iowa (1870). There was a significant branch to Omaha, Nebraska (1899), west of Fort Dodge, Iowa, and another branch reaching Sioux Falls, South Dakota (1877), starting from Cherokee, Iowa. The Sioux Falls branch has been abandoned in its entirety.
