艾瑟尔湖（荷兰语：IJsselmeer）是荷兰中央的一个浅的淡水湖，面积为1100km²，平均深度为5－6米。艾瑟尔湖是须德海在1933年被阿夫鲁戴克大堤（Afsluitdijk）所隔开后，所形成的人工湖。

IJsselmeer (Dutch pronunciation:[ɛi̯səlˈmeːr]; Lake IJssel, alternative spelling: Lake Yssel; Frisian: Iselmar)is a shallow artificial lake of 1100 km² in the central Netherlands bordering the provinces of Flevoland, North Holland and Friesland, with an average depth of 5 to 6 m. The IJsselmeer is the largest lake in Western Europe.
