前外侧韧带(anterolateral ligament、ALL)是人体膝关节的横向韧带，位于腓侧副韧带(Fibular collateral ligament)之前。

也许"前外侧韧带"最早记载是出于1879年法国外科医生"保罗·希根"(Paul Segond)的记载里，在记录里他描述的横向股骨和胫骨之间的韧带结构。

"克拉斯和贝尔曼"(Claes and Bellemans、2013)发现，前外侧韧带起始于(Anatomical terms of muscle)股骨外上髁(Lateral epicondyle of the femur)，并插入(Anatomical terms of muscle)胫骨近端前外侧。 然而，文森(Vincent、2012)等人的报告指出前外侧韧带起源于"股骨外侧髁"(Lateral condyle of femur)。

The anterolateral ligament (ALL) is a ligament on the lateral aspect of the human knee, anterior to the fibular collateral ligament.

Perhaps the earliest account of the ALL was written by French surgeon Paul Segond in 1879, in which he described a ligamentous structure between the lateral femur and tibia.
