Iduronidase

Iduronidase (EC3.2.1.76, L-iduronidase, alpha-L-iduronidase, laronidase) is an enzyme with the systematic name glycosaminoglycan alpha-L-iduronohydrolase. This enzyme catalyses the hydrolysis of unsulfated alpha-L-iduronosidic linkages in dermatan sulfate.
