国际平面设计协会（英译：International Council of Graphic Design Associations；Icograda）乃1963年创立于伦敦、与世界有关平面设计与视觉设计的专业民间机构；麾下相关成员包括有专业协会、设计暨推广物品团体、设计公司和设计教育机构等。其中「Icograda Design Media Network」专司与各国设计公司的联结，而「Icograda Friends Network」则负责个人。

此外，「Icograda Education Network」（IEN）是负责联系世界各地的平面设计教育机构之单位。2002年6月，于捷克共和国所召开的会上，由来自28国、73位与会人士所共同宣布成立。

The International Council of Design (ico-D; formerly known as International Council of Communication Design or Icograda, which was formerly an initialism for International Council of Graphic Design Associations) is a world organisation for design professionals. ico-D was founded in London in 1963 and celebrated its 50th anniversary on 27 April 2013. According to Icograda's website, it is a non-profit and non-partisan organisation and a "member-based network of independent organisations and stakeholders working within the multidisciplinary scope of communication design and expanded media."
