水疗（hydrotherapy），为物理治疗的一种，利用水的各种物理特性，作用在人体以达到各种疗效。

早在古希腊时代，西方医学之父希波克拉提斯（Hippocrates）就使用温泉做治疗，此外古代中国、日本亦有温泉疗法的记载。直到18世纪－19世纪，德国水疗之父瑟巴斯堤安·克奈浦（Sebastian Kneipp）等人发表，将水疗做为正式医疗用途。今日水疗常用来治疗肌肉、骨骼等方面的疾病，而坊间流行的「SPA」亦为水疗的一种。

Hydrotherapy, formerly called hydropathy, is a part of medicine and alternative medicine, in particular of naturopathy, occupational therapy and physiotherapy, that involves the use of water for pain relief and treatment. The term encompasses a broad range of approaches and therapeutic methods that take advantage of the physical properties of water, such as temperature and pressure, for therapeutic purposes, to stimulate blood circulation and treat the symptoms of certain diseases.
