安拉斯（德语：Anras）是奥地利蒂罗尔州利恩茨县的一个市镇。总面积58.41平方公里，总人口1297人，人口密度22人/平方公里（2012年1月1日）。

Anras is a municipality in the district of Lienz in the Austrian state of Tyrol.

Anras lies in the central Puster valley, stretching from the Defereggen mountains to the foothills of the Lienz Dolomites. The settlements lie mostly on the sunny terraces or on the valley floor.
