    次黄嘌呤-鸟嘌呤磷酸核苷转移酶（Hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyltransferase，简称HGPRT）为人体内一个转译自HPRT1基因的酵素 HGPRT为一种转移酶，可以催化将次黄嘌呤转换为肌苷酸（IMP），也可将鸟嘌呤的反应转为单磷酸鸟苷。这两个反应都是将PRPP的5-磷酸核苷转移至嘌呤上。HGPRT在核苷酸再利用合成途径中扮演重要角色。

 Hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyltransferase (HGPRT) is an enzyme encoded in humans by the HPRT1 gene. HGPRT is a transferase that catalyzes conversion of hypoxanthine to inosine monophosphate and guanine to guanosine monophosphate. This reaction transfers the 5-phosphoribosyl group from 5-phosphoribosyl 1-pyrophosphate (PRPP) to the purine. HGPRT plays a central role in the generation of purine nucleotides through the purine salvage pathway. |
