汉诺威王朝（德语：Haus Hannover），是于1692年－1866年间统治德意志汉诺威地区与在1714年－1901年间统治英国的王朝。

汉诺威王朝是德意志布朗史维希王朝的分支之一，因此又称为布朗史维希王朝汉诺威分支。汉诺威王朝和布朗史维希王朝的前身，都是韦尔夫王朝，祖先最早可以追溯到萨克森及巴伐利亚公爵狮子公爵亨利。而亨利的幼子威廉成为吕讷堡公爵（Herzog von Lüneburg）。

布朗史维希王朝吕能堡分支，经过多年发展后，在1692年成为汉诺威选侯国。自此以后，王室人员以国为姓氏，改称为汉诺威分支，亦即是汉诺威王朝。

The House of Hanover (or the Hanoverians /ˌhænəˈvɪəriənz, -noʊ-, -ˈvɛr-/; German:Haus Hannover) is a German royal dynasty which has ruled the Duchy of Brunswick-Lüneburg (German:Braunschweig-Lüneburg), the Kingdom of Hanover, the Kingdom of Great Britain, the Kingdom of Ireland and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. It succeeded the House of Stuart as monarchs of Great Britain and Ireland in 1714 and held that office until the death of Queen Victoria in 1901. They are sometimes referred to as the House of Brunswick and Lüneburg, Hanover line.
