薄烤饼（英语：Pancake、Hotcake），在纽西兰等英联邦国家也称其为Picklete；是一种以面糊在烤盘或平底锅上烹饪制成的薄扁状饼。松饼多为速发面包，有的则使用酵母培育或发酵的面糊。大部分的松饼是以烤盘单面煎烤，接着翻面使另一面适度受热。可丽饼则是一种极度细薄且面积较大的松饼，单面煎烤后卷起、装馅。各国家、地区的风俗习惯不同，任何时间皆会供应松饼，且口味变化多样，常于上层涂放、填塞奶油、果酱、水果、糖浆或肉食等配料及馅料。
