小精灵（英语：Hornswoggle，1986年5月29日－），全名迪伦·波斯特尔（英语：Dylan Postl），是世界摔角娱乐（WWE）职业摔角选手及职业摔角选手经纪人，并在世界摔角娱乐节目WWE SmackDown中亮相。

在小精灵的摔角事业中，小精灵曾担任WWE Raw的匿名总经理。小精灵曾是一次的WWE中重量级冠军。小精灵曾与多位重量级职业摔角选手签约，如：Finlay、D-Generation X（Triple H和Shawn Michaels）、Sheamus、Big Show、Titus O'Neil、Zack Ryder、Justin Gabriel、Brodus Clay等等。而现在小精灵旗下选手有The Great Khali。

Dylan Mark Postl (born May 29, 1986) is an American professional wrestler and actor, best known for his time in WWE under his ring name Hornswoggle. He debuted in WWE in 2006 as a leprechaun character allied with Finlay. Hornswoggle won the Cruiserweight Championship before it was retired, was erroneously revealed as Mr. McMahon's storyline illegitimate son, and was exposed as the Anonymous Raw General Manager who had controlled the Raw brand from June 21, 2010 to July 18, 2011, until later proved wrong by Triple H.
