TATA盒 TATA box（重定向自Hogness box）
TATA盒（英语：TATA box）又称高得堡-哈葛尼斯箱（英语：Goldberg-Hogness box），是一段DNA串行，位于真核生物和古细菌的转录启动子上，大约位在转录起始点上游第25个碱基对。TATA盒是RNA聚合酶II结合的位置。原核生物的细胞中也有相似的串行，称为普里布诺盒（Pribnow box）。 TATA盒在转录的过程中，时常和一种TATA联结蛋白（TATA binding protein，TBP）结合，TBP负责把DNA双螺旋松开；由于TATA盒富含T和A，使得这个过程较为容易（A、T之间只有2条氢键）。
