赫梯语（英语：Hittite language）或涅西特语（英语：Nesite）是赫梯人曾经讲的一种已灭亡语言，赫梯人以中北安纳托利亚（现代土耳其）的古代哈图沙（现代的Boğazkale）为中心创建了帝国。这门语言使用于从公元前1800年（可能更早）到公元前1100年。有一些证据证明在赫梯帝国瓦解和最后的赫梯楔形文本停止使用之后，赫梯语和相关语言在安纳托利亚和北叙利亚被持续使用到了大约公元前700年。

赫梯语是最早的证实了的印欧语言，在原始印欧语假说提出之后仅一个多世纪就被重新发现了。因为在它的结构和语音上的显著不同，一些现代语言学家，最显著的是提议了印度-赫梯语假说的Edgar H. Sturtevant和Warren Cowgill，他们争论说它应当被分类为印欧语言的姐妹语言而非后代语言。但是很多学者继续接受传统的十九世纪原始印欧语为主的观点，并把赫梯语的不寻常特征解释为主要由于后来的革新。

Hittite (natively nešili "[in the language] of Neša"), also known as Nesite and Neshite, is the extinct language once spoken by the Hittites, Indo-European-speaking peoples who created an empire centred on Hattusa in north-central Anatolia (modern-day Turkey). The language is attested in cuneiform, in records from the 16th (Anitta text) down to the 13th century BC, with isolated Hittite loanwords and numerous personal names appearing in an Old Assyrian context from as early as the 20th century BC.
