Hiatt speedcuffs
(重定向自Hiatts)

Speedcuffs are a model of handcuff which were designed and produced by the now defunct UK-based Hiatt & Company. They are now produced by Safariland as the Safariland Rigid Handcuff. They are characterised by their rigid grip between the two ratchet cuffs, this replacing the older type which were linked by a chain. Their rigid design and the inclusion of a grip makes them effective for gaining control over a struggling prisoner, even if only one cuff has been applied.
