肝素 Heparin

肝素（Heparin），一种抗凝血药物，最早发现于肝脏，故名肝素。
肝素由D-葡糖胺、L-艾杜糖醛酸、N-乙酰葡糖胺及葡糖醛酸交替组成的粘多糖硫酸酯，分子量从5至30kDa，其中硫酸根约占40%。今多自猪、牛肠粘膜和肺脏中提炼。肝素可用于手术预防危险的血栓栓塞性疾病，如静脉血栓，肺栓塞。长期使用肝素可引起脱发、骨折等副作用。

It is used to treat and prevent deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism (collectively known as venous thromboembolism) and is also used as part of the treatment of myocardial infarction and unstable angina. Heparin is used on the inside surfaces of various devices such as test tubes and kidney dialysis machines.
