猛狮亨利（德语：Heinrich der Löwe，1129年－1195年8月6日）德意志诸侯和统帅。他的封号包括萨克森公爵（称亨利三世，1142年－1180年在位）和巴伐利亚公爵（称亨利十二世，1156年－1180年在位）。猛狮亨利是霍亨斯陶芬王朝时期最有名的政治人物之一，以其与神圣罗马帝国皇帝腓特烈一世的戏剧性冲突着称于世。

Henry the Lion (German:Heinrich der Löwe; 1129/1131 – 6 August 1195) was a member of the Welf dynasty and Duke of Saxony, as Henry III, from 1142, and Duke of Bavaria, as Henry XII, from 1156, which duchies he held until 1180.
He was one of the most powerful German princes of his time, until the rival Hohenstaufen dynasty succeeded in isolating him and eventually deprived him of his duchies of Bavaria and Saxony during the reign of his cousin Frederick I Barbarossa and of Frederick's son and successor Henry VI.
