亨利·路易士·贾里格（Henry Louis Gehrig，1903年6月19日－1941年6月2日）是美国职棒大联盟史上最伟大的一垒手，职棒生涯都效力于纽约洋基。

贾里格生涯以稳定性高、不易受伤著称，也因此获得铁马的外号，其他的绰号有「Columbia Lou」、「Biscuit Pants」以及「Larrupin Lou」。

1925年至1939年的14年间，贾里格连续出赛2130场比赛，直到罹患「肌肉萎缩性侧索硬化症」，才停止出赛，而此病后来被称作「卢·贾里格症」。贾里格生涯晚期接受X光检查后，发现自己的双手有十七处骨折，有些是新伤，有些已是旧伤。这件事情被用来作为贾里格个性坚毅不拔的证明，在他职业生涯中，他的身体状况一直并不是在最好的状况。贾里格连续出赛2130场的纪录长期被认为是最难打破的纪录之一，直到1995年9月6日被巴尔的摩金莺小瑞普肯刷新。

Henry Louis "Lou" or "Buster" Gehrig (Born Heinrich Ludwig Gehrig; June 19, 1903 – June 2, 1941) was an American baseball first baseman who played 17 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the New York Yankees, from 1923 through 1939. Gehrig was renowned for his prowess as a hitter and for his durability, a trait which earned him his nickname "The Iron Horse". He was an All-Star seven consecutive times, a Triple Crown winner once, an American League (AL) Most Valuable Player twice, and a member of six World Series champion teams. He had a career .340 batting average, .632 slugging average, and a .447 on base average. He hit 493 home runs and had 1,995 runs batted in (RBI). In 1939, he was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame and was the first MLB player to have his uniform number retired.
