赫勒富茨劳斯（荷兰语：Hellevoetsluis， pronunciation）是荷兰南荷兰省的一个小城市和基层政权，位于福尔讷－皮滕Voorne-Putten岛上。2009年人口30,164。面积46.14 km² (17.81 mile²) ，其中14.57 km² (5.63 mile²) 为水域。

Hellevoetsluis (Dutch pronunciation:[ˌɦɛləvutˈslœy̯s]; population: 38,919 in 2014) is a small city and municipality on Voorne-Putten Island in the western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. The municipality covers an area of 46.27 km (17.86 sq mi) of which 14.71 km (5.68 sq mi) is water and it includes the population centres Nieuw-Helvoet, Nieuwenhoorn and Oude en Nieuwe Struiten, all former municipalities.
