汉志，又称希贾兹（ 阿拉伯语：الحجاز‎，意为「屏障」），沙特阿拉伯西部，北至约旦边境，南至亚西尔地区的沿海地带。得名自境内的汉志山脉。

汉志地区是伊斯兰教的发祥地，境内有麦加和麦地那两座伊斯兰教圣城，麦地那城外还有传说中的夏娃墓。

汉志地区古代曾属于埃及和奥斯曼帝国，1916年哈希姆家族的谢里夫侯赛因创建汉志王国，1925年被内志王国占领，1932年被并入沙特阿拉伯。现分属沙特阿拉伯的塔布克省、麦地那省和麦加省。

汉志地区的经济以朝觐收入为主，有手工业和轻工业。在吉达有石油化学工业。主要城市有麦加、麦地那、吉达、延布（Yanbu' al Bahr）、塔伊夫（Ta'if）。

Al-Hejaz, also Hijaz (Arabic:الحجاز‎ al-Ḥiǧāz, literally "the barrier"), is a region in the west of present-day Saudi Arabia.
